At FARAMORE, each pair is carefully handmade with attention to detail. Please review our policy before placing an order.
No Refund
All purchases made at FARAMORE are strictly non-refundable. Once an order is confirmed and shipped, refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
Exchange Only (Within 3 Days)
We accept returns for exchange only under the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including the original box and packaging.
- Shoes must show no signs of wear, dirt, creasing, or damage.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Any price difference must be topped up accordingly.
Size Exchange Policy
- Size exchange is only available for ready stock items.
- Pre-order items are not eligible for size exchange, as each pair is made upon order.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items purchased during sale, promotion, or clearance are not eligible for exchange.
- Items damaged due to wear and tear, improper handling, or sizing preference are not eligible.
Defective or Wrong Item
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos for verification.

- FARAMORE reserves the right to reject any exchange that does not meet the conditions above.
